These Terms govern your use of the Phone Repair Leads website and any advertising services we provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Phone Repair Leads provides Google Ads setup and management for mobile and device repair businesses in the United States and Canada. The specific scope, fees, and ad budget for your engagement will be set out in a separate agreement or proposal between us.

No affiliation with Google

Phone Repair Leadsis an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Ads™ and Google Maps™ are trademarks of Google LLC. Your advertising is subject to Google's own policies and terms, which can change at any time.

Account suspensions & recovery

Advertising in the device-repair category carries an inherent risk of account review, disapproval, or suspension by Google. We structure and manage accounts to reduce that risk and, if an account is flagged, we work to appeal, rebuild, and relaunch your campaigns. However, reinstatement and approval decisions are made solely by Google, and we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, lead volume, or that an account will not be suspended.

Your responsibilities

• Cooperate on account creation, verification, and access, and respond promptly when we need information or action from you.
• Provide accurate business information and required documentation.
• Maintain your own advertising budget with Google and keep payment methods in good standing.
• Comply with all applicable laws and Google's advertising policies.

Fees

Management fees and any other charges are described in your service agreement. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and is separate from our fees.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. Any examples, statistics, or projections are illustrative and are not a guarantee of future performance, lead volume, revenue, or account approval.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phone Repair Leadsis not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from Google's decisions, platform changes, or account suspensions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the management fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Phone Repair Leads operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
